Parent or legal guardian must be present for entire duration of the appointment and must sign a waiver!

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before I am scheduled to arrive. If you fail to give me 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the full amount of your scheduled service.
